Commitment Phobia is mob that spawns during the Great Spook, after the death of a Primal Fear.

Commitment Phobia will walk slowly towards the player once spawned dealing 1  Damage. They have 5  Health and like Spooky Mobs, take only 1  Damage per hit. Once they only have 1  Health, they start speaking in chat, alongside their dialogue a message that must be clicked will be sent. After clicking the message Commitment Phobia disappears, giving the player their drops.
