A Bambuleaf is a Critter that can be found on the  Moonglade Marsh.

Spawning

Bambuleafs spawn in the  Tranquility Sanctum from early spring to late summer.

Bambuleafs can be fed Bamboo to grow in size. If the player feeds a Bambuleaf 40–44 Bamboo, it will pass out and drop a Bambuleaf Shard.

Satiating a Bambuleaf grants Bambuleaf Shard and +150 Hunting XP. The amount of Attribute Shards dropped is affected by Hunting Fortune.

Condition	Message
Trying to hit a Bambuleaf	Don’t hit the pandas! Try feeding them instead!
After feeding enough Bamboo	Bambuleaf ate too much and passed out! You caught it!
Trying to feed Bamboo while there is not enough space	This location is too small for the panda to grow! Push the panda around!

Despite the game messages suggesting to push it, Bambuleafs ignore collision with players and therefore cannot be pushed.
- However, punching them causes them to flee from the player for a few blocks.
