Nightmare can be fished up from water one hour before, during, and after the Spooky Festival, while the Fear Mongerer is in the  Village. It requires  Fishing XIV (14) to be fished up.

Spooky Sea Creatures have a 15% base chance to override other Sea Creature spawns. Certain modifiers can be used to increase it:
