10 Sewer Fish can be given to Tyashoi Alchemist in exchange for an  Eerie Treat.

• This item implies that the water in F3 is connected to the sewers. This is further confirmed by the lore from dungeon journals.
• The Sewer Fish replaces all non Sea Creature catches.
• The Sewer Fish is affected by Blessing.
  • The  Blessed Bait also works.
• Multiple Sewer Fish can be fished up.
• The Sewer Fish can be smelted in a furnace.
• The Sewerfish is also an NPC in Hypixel's "The Pit" minigame on the map Castle.
