Kuudra is a BOSS found in the  Kuudra's Hollow, accessed from the  Forgotten Skull.  Kuudra Keys are used to unlock Reward Chests unlocked after the fight.

There are 5 tiers of the Kuudra boss fight: Basic, Hot, Burning, Fiery, and Infernal. Each of them have differing Faction Reputation requirements and mob wave spawn timings.

Kuudra's boss fight consists of multiple phases, depending on the selected tier.

Phase One involves using a Lava Rod to fish up Supply Crates in the lava surrounding the main platform and bringing them to the center of the arena. Players can either use a  Starter Lava Rod,  Topaz Rod,  Magma Rod,  Inferno Rod, or  Hellfire Rod to fish up the crates; those lacking a Lava Rod can purchase an Elle's Lava Rod from the Perk Shop.

Once the supply crate reaches the platform, players must stand still until the meter reaches 100% to pick up the crate. To reduce the time taken to fish and pick up supply crates, one can upgrade the Steady Hands perk unlocked from the Specialist route and have a  Kuudra's Kidney,  Kuudra's Lung, or  Kuudra's Heart in their inventory or Accessory Bag.

Taking too long to place the supply crate or taking too much damage will cause the crate to fall back into the lava.

Phase Two involves building the Ballista by using the supplies obtained during Phase One. By sneaking and left-clicking the piles of supplies on the ground, players make progress towards completing the construction of the Ballista, which occurs once the meter reaches 100%. The Ballista will be the primary weapon that players use against Kuudra.

To reduce the time taken to build the Ballista, one can upgrade the Ballista Mechanic perk unlocked from the Specialist route or have a  Kuudra's Kidney,  Kuudra's Lung, or  Kuudra's Heart in their inventory or Accessory Bag.

During this phase, mobs will attempt to attack the Ballista, bringing the meter back down to 0%.

Phase Three involves fishing up Fuel Cells to fuel the Ballista constructed during Phase Two. They can be fished up with a Lava Rod, similar to supply crates, and are used with the Ballista to attack Kuudra. Once all 4 Fuel Cells have been secured, players can mount the Ballista and fire at Kuudra.

To reduce the time taken to fish up Fuel Cells, one can upgrade the Steady Hands perk unlocked from the Specialist route.

During Burning Tier Kuudra and above, Kuudra must be stunned before the Ballista can be fired: otherwise, very little damage will be dealt and Kuudra will submerge.

Phase Four is exclusive to Burning Tier and higher, and involves players firing themselves into Kuudra's stomach. In order to enter Kuudra's stomach, players can either:

• Purchase a Human Cannonball, allowing you to fire yourself into Kuudra's mouth;
• Stand in the Consumption Zone, allowing yourself to be consumed by Kuudra's tentacles.

Several Orbs can be found in Kuudra's stomach, which must be broken to stun Kuudra. Breaking the orbs with a Pickaxe will reduce their health by 5%; players who do not have a Pickaxe can purchase a Elle's Pickaxe in the Kuudra Perk Shop.

During this time, several Magma Bacteria will spawn, who fire projectiles at the player that deal knockback. When Kuudra submerges, the stomach will fill up with lava and all players within will be launched out.

Phase Five is exclusive to the Infernal Tier that begins once Kuudra's health reaches 25%. It involves players dodging Kuudra's tentacles and firing at Kuudra's head until its health reaches 0.

The main arena of  Kuudra's Hollow collapses to reveal a lower section surrounded by lava, with Wandering Blazes surrounding the top of the arena, killing any players above them.

During this phase, all deaths are considered Final Kills: however, players can revive if their party has a member alive who has the Support Route selected, who can revive players using Tokens.

A multitude of different mobs appear during the Kuudra fight. If too many mobs are still alive, then mobs still stop spawning.

	Kuudra Slasher	6	20 Tokens	Slowly jumps around the platform, leaving a circle of particles per leap. Also occasionally teleports.
	Wither Sentry	7	10 Tokens	Summons Wither Skulls around themselves, which deal  Damage on contact, and can be shot at nearby players. Invincible against Ranged and Magic Damage.
	Magma Follower	8	4 Tokens	All Magma Followers will try and merge to become an Omegagma.
	Blazing Golem	16	50 Tokens	Frequently shoots exploding iron blocks towards players. Also occasionally jumps towards players, with its landing spot indicated by a ring of particles.
	Chaosmite	35	20 Tokens	Runs towards players to deal significant  Damage. Players killed from them can only be revived from another player using the Support route and spending Tokens.
	Omegagma		100 Tokens	Spawns from Magma Followers that merge together. Self-destructs shortly after spawning, dealing damage to nearby players that are looking at it.
	Explosive Imp		6 Tokens	Spawns from killed Kuudra Berserkers. Explodes when killed.
	Magma Bacteria		15 Tokens	Only spawn inside Kuudra's Belly. Deals heavy damage and controls players to move away from high ground. Attacks mobs on the ground than mobs on the pods.
	Kuudra Tentacle		50 Tokens	Respawns shortly after dying. Can slam onto the arena, dealing damage to anyone in the highlighted area while also hindering the progress made on building the Ballista.

Each tier of Kuudra has its own loot pool that its Reward Chests roll from. There will be a free chest, which rewards  Crimson Essence, and a paid chest: depending on the tier selected, you will need its respective  Kuudra Key (e.g. an  Infernal Kuudra Key is required to unlock the paid chest in Kuudra Infernal Tier).

You are guaranteed to obtain  Crimson Essence,  Kuudra Teeth, an Attribute Shard, or an  Enchanted Book, as well as an extra piece of gear. Having the  Kuudra Teeth Plaque maxed out at SPECIAL grants a small chance to obtain a  Kuudra Mandible.
