Village

The Village is a Location on the Hub Island with many vendors and various NPCs. It is visited by the player when one first leaves their Private Island through the portal.

Tasks

When the player first enters  Village, they will be greeted with the following message:

Features

The Village serves as a starting point for SkyBlock players. It features a variety of buildings, NPCs, and branching off points to other Locations on the Hub Island and beyond.

Map

The Hub Map is located in front of spawn. The map displays most islands with the exception of seasonal islands.

Portal to Private Island

The Portal to a player's Private Island is found in the center of the village.

Adjacent Areas

The Village is connected to many other sections of the Hub Island. These locations include:

The  Forest to the left, which leads to  The Park.
The  Combat Settlement to the middle left, which leads to the  Graveyard and  Spider's Den.
The  Mining District straight forward, which leads to the  Gold Mine.
The  Farm to the middle right, which leads to  The Barn.
The  Fishing Outpost to the right, which grants access to the Ship Navigator and various Fishing Islands.
The  Wilderness,  Mountain,  Ruins, and other areas.

Conditional Builds

During certain Events, parts of the Village will have its build changed. For example, the Event Square can be found to the left of the Village, where a fountain and the portal to the  Dungeon Hub is located. Events and their respective NPCs can be accessed here, such as:

The Spooky Festival and the Fear Mongerer
The Season of Jerry and Jerry
- The New Year Celebration and the Baker
The Traveling Zoo and Oringo

During other events, such as the Year of the Pig, Witch, or Seal, a section between the  Community Center and  Museum will change to be themed around the respective event.

Similarly, when Simon appeared during the Raffle of the Century, a section between the  Community Center and  Auction House had its build changed, to allow players to participate in the event.

When new SkyBlock updates are released, certain areas of the Village can change. For example, the introduction of the  Lotus Atoll added the Lotus Atoll NPC to the right of the Village's spawn, towards the  Fishing Outpost, advertising the update. Similarly, the  Torrhus Canyon [AHN]'s introduction changed the outside of the  Auction House headed towards the  Forest to also advertise the island.
