Volts are passive until a player damages them. When hostile, they move towards the player and take 5  Rift Time from the player on contact. After taking 3 hits from the player, they will become invulnerable and stop moving. While in this state, they will spawn a  Block of Emerald nearby with SAFE above it, while charging up their Strikeburst ability. After 2 seconds, lightning will strike the area around them, except for the safe Block of Emerald, giving nearby players a brief period of blindness. The strike can also be avoided by moving far enough away from the Volt. If the player is hit by lightning, they will lose 60s  Rift Time. After the ability is used 3 times, Volts will become vulnerable again.
