Hidden Jerry

Hidden Jerries are mobs that have a chance of appearing when a player earns Skill XP through killing mobs, mining, farming, or foraging while Jerry is elected as mayor.

Spawning

Hidden Jerry can spawn while Candidate Jerry is in office and player gains Skill XP. Chance to spawn depends on the activity:

Condition	Chance
Crop broken	0.04% (1 in 2,500 crops)
Mining block broken	0.33% (1 in 300 blocks)
Foraging block broken	0.166% (1 in 600 blocks)
Mob killed	1% (1 in 100 mobs)

Hidden Jerry spawns have a 6 minute cooldown. Player profile must have at least 4 hours of playtime to spawn Hidden Jerries.

There are 4 types of Hidden Jerries:

Golden Jerry spawn chance can be increased with Tracking.

Behavior

When a Hidden Jerry is found a message will appear in your chat letting you know that a Jerry has spawned. There will be a floating head that will fly around for about 3 seconds before spawning a Hidden Jerry. Once spawned, the Jerry will quickly run away, sometimes falling into the void or off a high area. Using a bow from a distance can however be used to shoot the Jerry without it running away.

Being  Shielded, Hidden Jerries can only take 1 Damage per hit. They can be damaged by melee attacks and bows, but not Mage weapons. All have the possibility to be runic. When killed, they drop a Jerry Box that corresponds to the color (for example, Golden Jerry drops the Golden Jerry Box). The summoner has a drop priority for 25 seconds^[Confirm], after which anyone who kills Hidden Jerry will obtain the box.

Tips

A good way to spawn Hidden Jerries is mining Cobblestone, Sand, Mycelium, Red Sand using Mineral Armor or Glossy Mineral Armor, or foraging with high amount of Sweep. Farming is also good, but the former two methods result in more effective BPS than normally possible in vanilla Minecraft, therefore they are better at spawning Jerries.

Trivia

When Hidden Jerries spawn, the box that initially appears displays a name tag of "Mayor Jerry's".
Similar to the Grinch and Spooky Mobs, Jerries will run from the player that spawned them when spawned. This often causes the player's Hidden Jerry to fall into the void, into lava, or run a large distance from the player. If the player's Jerry dies due to fall damage, they will still drop a Jerry Box as long as the player had hit it at least once.
Like Spooky Mobs, the Thunderlord and Thunderbolt enchantments do not bypass their defense.
Like most other mobs, they can be Runic, meaning they will take more hits to kill.
Fishing Rods could at some point bypass their Defense.
If a Hidden Jerry is spawned inside the dungeon, it is instantly killed if the player hits it.
Hidden Jerries can open doors due to their villager entity. This then gets reverted server-side, leading to potential ghost doors.
- This can lead to decreased efficiency on the  The Garden if doors are used in the design.
