Kat is an NPC who resides in the  Pet Care. She takes care of the player's Pets for a duration of time, upgrading their rarity: cumulative experience remains the same, although the level of the pet will be adjusted accordingly. Only one pet can be taken care of at a time, and each pet has different upgrade costs and durations.

The usage of a  Kat Flower or  Kat Bouquet can skip 1d and 5d of the time taken to upgrade a pet.

The cost of upgrading a pet is level dependent, each level removes 0.3% of the upgrade cost.

• Kat upgrades pets in real-time instead of SkyBlock Time.
• Pets at higher levels will take less Coins to upgrade at Kat: the discount is 0.3% per level, and is unaffected by Pet Items and the pet's rarity.
  • Pet Items and Carrot Candy usages are not affected by Kat.
• An upgraded pet will have its level recalculated based on its cumulative experience.
• The  Bingo Pet,  Grandma Wolf Pet,  Kuudra Pet,  Montezuma Pet and  Wisp Pet cannot be upgraded by Kat and are instead upgraded through other means.
• The skin used for Kat is a reference to Serena, the deuteragonist of the anime Pokémon X/Y, and the female protagonist of the games of the same name.
• There is currently a bug that if you warp to another server before Kat finishes her dialogue and gives you the pet, you will permanently lose your pet, and you wont be able to salvage it from Jerry.
• Upgrading a pet while Kat is still talking about having upgraded your pet results in the upgrading dialogue being skipped.
• The Kat's Favorite ( Kiwi Shard) Attribute implies that Kiwi is her favorite animal.
