Clerk Seraphine, previously known as Mayor Seraphine or simply Seraphine, is an NPC located in the Community Center. She explains how Mayor Elections work and was a key figure in The Uprising.

[NPC] Clerk Seraphine: They'll usually have somewhere from 1-3, with an 8% chance to receive a 4th if they already have 3. [NPC] Clerk Seraphine: Candidates that were either elected as Mayor or Minister the previous Election sit out the following Election and only have a single perk when they return. [edit | edit source]- In update 0.8.1, Clerk Seraphine was demoted from her previous position from Mayor to Clerk, in preparation for the Mayor Elections.
- She used to be present in the Election Room during Dante Elections. However, she was replaced by Clerk Goon, because it was a mistake made by the admins.
- When Dante was elected, Seraphine's spot in the Community Center and in the Election Room was replaced with Clerk Goon.
