  • The first Phoenix Pet was dropped 5 minutes after Pets Update came out.[1]
  • There was a glitch in which the player could fly on public islands using the Phoenix Pet. It was fixed an hour after the update was released.
  • For a time, it was said that this pet had a 0.1% chance of dropping from Special A sprite icon representing Zealot in Hypixel SkyBlock Zealots; however, this has been debunked by admins.
  • This was the first Pet added with 4 listed abilities.
  • If a player obtains a Phoenix Pet, it is announced to the server with the following message:
    Wow! [player] found a Phoenix pet!
  • Dungeon Mobs can also drop a Phoenix Pet.
  • The Fourth Flare ability deals damage based on the player's Crit Damage stat, not the damage dealt when getting a critical hit.
  • The first ability is currently bugged and doesn't protect you from fatal damage dealt by most dungeon mobs.
