Marigold is an NPC in the Royal Mines section of the  Dwarven Mines. They have an Essence Shop where the player can purchase perks using  Gold Essence after defeating a Golden Goblin.

I heard Golden Goblins have a small chance to spawn when mining ores or throwing Goblin Eggs in the Dwarven Mines or Crystal Hollows.
