Scholar Alluin

Scholar Alluin is an NPC found in the  Cathedral.

Purpose

Scholar Alluin will hint that there is a book that can be taken out in the  Cathedral. This bookshelf can be found at -10, 127, -938, and will give numbers which will help to find the Kuudra Relic.
