Igrupan is an NPC who owns a chicken coop in  Scarleton.

Chickzilla spawns after the player talks to Igrupan and completes his quest. The player must have more than 7,000 ቾ Mage Reputation.

The chicken by the name of Chickovsky is likely a reference to a Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
The chicken, Chikira, is a possible reference to a Colombian singer Shakira.
Igrupan's Minigame is possible a reference to the cucco minigames in The Legend Of Zelda series.
One of Igrupan's responses to being below 7,000 ቾ Mage Reputation is likely referencing an often satirized quote from controversial community member Larucus:

"get a reputation before you talk, cause in my eyes, you ain't got one. Maintain your position for a long time in relevancy, then we'll talk again"^[2]
