Terry is an NPC located inside Terry's Shack. They sell 4 different Reforge Stones: Salt Cube, Rusty Anchor, Terry's Snowglobe and Frozen Bauble. Previously, they used to apply the Salty and Treacherous reforges onto Fishing Rods at a cost.
