The Colosseum is a Location on the Hub Island found south of the  Fishing Outpost. It used to serve as a PvP arena for players to fight against each other until it was disabled on August 5th, 2020.

When the player first enters  Colosseum, they will be greeted with the following message:

The Colosseum currently does not serve much of a purpose in comparison to the past. During the Romero and Juliette quest, however, Romero's appears in the Colosseum and asks the player for an  Emerald Blade.

The original purpose of the Colosseum was for players to fight in a typical one-versus-one PvP scenario, using their SkyBlock items. Players spawned on opposite ends of the arena floor and would fight until either one player dies, or 5 minutes expire. Players who died would not lose any Coins. In a couple small areas of the Colosseum, the  Aspect of the End ability was disabled. In some circumstances, players could hide just outside the arena and be invulnerable to other players, but can still hit them with projectiles such as Arrows.

Players could also speak with the Gladiator to queue into a duel. Once another player joined the queue, they would both be teleported into a private room. There,  Mana was not regenerated, the  Damage dealt was divided by 3, and players could not use the  Aspect of the End ability. Death messages would not show up except for the player and the opponent.

The Colosseum was mostly built of stone materials and spruce wood, with some stained clay also included. The center of the arena had a fire under orange stained glass.

The exterior featured many large staircases, which lead up to a wooden viewing platform from which players could see fights within the Colosseum happen. There were also two big fires at the entrance.

A set of stairs downwards leads into an underground set of tunnels. These wrapped around the arena floor, and could be followed all the way around to get back to the entrance of the Colosseum. These also had small corridors leading off of them, which lead to a small ruined area covered in vines and flames. A  Fairy Soul could be found in this area. This room lead off again into another small ruined room, this time featuring collapsed supports made of fence, and a large cobblestone blockade. This acted as a one-way exit out of the ruined area, and back into the main Colosseum tunnels.

The arena floor itself was primarily comprised of dirt, with some stone in the middle. It featured some fire for lighting but was otherwise unremarkable. Players fighting would be spawned on the east and west sides of this arena, leaving the north and south sides empty.

During the fight against Dante, the Colosseum was among the buildings destroyed. Unlike other destroyed buildings, however, it did not revert to its original iteration. In early 2022, most of the slime was removed, the flames in front of the Colosseum were extinguished, and foliage took over the ruins. On November 9, 2022, most of the wooden blocks had rotted away, the braziers disappeared, and water had pooled in the center of the floor. By December 4, 2023, more dirt and water had pooled in the center and more trees had grown in and around the arena. With the release of the Hub Revamp, almost no remains of the structure existed anymore.
