The Birch Park is a sub-location of The Park.

When the player first enters  Birch Park, they will be greeted with the following message:

There are various mechanics active in the Birch Park, and affect some aspects of gameplay.

Charlie is an NPC located right in front of the Launch Pad to the Birch Park, when the player arrives from the  Forest. They are part of the "Into the Woods" Quest, and require the player to chop down  64 Birch Logs. The player will be rewarded for completing the quest with  Charlie's Trousers, a  Travel Scroll to The Park, 1,000 Coins, +250  Foraging XP, and access to the  Spruce Woods.

Vanessa can be paid 5,000 Coins to make the it rain in the Birch Park for 60s, with the limit of 30m.

While raining, players gain +25  Fishing Speed. Additionally, every 11 seconds there's a 66.6% (2 in 3 rolls) chance to spawn 1-2 Squids in water if there's less than 5 Squids alive.

In what looks to be a ruined building, there is a Flower Pot with a Torchflower that, when clicked, emits particles and makes a noise. This noise increases in pitch the more one holds left or right-click. Clicking without a flower emits a different sound and particles.

The only known use for this flower pot is to obtain the "Empty Flower Pot?" Achievement, which is obtained when one hold a left or right-click on it with any flower for over 5 minutes until the pitch of the sound hits its peak.
