The Reflective Pond is a Location on  Jerry's Workshop.

When the player first enters  Reflective Pond, they will be greeted with the following message:

The Reflective Pond features a few attractions.

Frozen Alex is an NPC hidden in a cave below the Reflective Pond, which can be accessed by breaking the ice blocking the entrance, which can be found at the southernmost point, next to another frozen lake. They offer the player an Ice Essence Shop, with 4 unique perks, two of which are related to the Winter Island. Additionally, Frozen Alex sells an  Enchanted Book (Experience V) for 15,000x  Ice Essence.

The Reflective Pond's surface naturally turns into  Ice, which can be broken. Breaking the ice reveals the water beneath, in which the player can fish up a variety of Winter Sea Creatures. Once the ice on the surface is broken, it will regenerate after a while and must be broken again to reach the water.
