Agent Kapustin outside of Operation Mayhem

Operation Mayhem was going to be a quest and a minigame found in the Jerry's Workshop event. During its existence, it remained "Closed for Maintenance", until it was replaced with the Glacial Cave. The Agents of Operation Mayhem still talk about it, though are now ice miners inside the cave. Operation Mayhem was supposed to be a snowball fight inside of the Snowball Fight Caves.
