The Bank is a location in the  Village where the Banker resides. Talking to them will allow the Player to make interactions with their account, including withdrawals and deposits as well as allowing the Player to interact with their Personal Vault.

When the player first enters  Bank, they will be greeted with the following message:

Bank Account Upgrades

Right-clicking a Banker will open the  Bank interface. The player will be presented with the following options:

• Deposit Coins
  • Options available while depositing Coins: depositing the whole purse, half the purse, or any specific amount.
• Withdraw Coins
  • There are four options available while withdrawing Coins: withdrawing everything on the account, half the account, 20% of the account, or a specific amount.
• Transaction History
  • Hovering over the map will display information about the last 10 transactions done by the player and their co-op members, including the amount deposited/withdrawn/gained-with-interest and the time since.
• Bank Upgrades
  • This option is not initially visible and is only unlocked after the player has at least 10,000,000 Coins in their bank at once for the first time.

At the end of every in-game season (31 hours), the player receives interest on their stored Coins.

The first time you deposit coins in the bank, you get 10 free Coins, for finishing the Saving Up quest.

Coins stored in the Bank are not lost when the player dies.

Players are able to upgrade their bank account with Coins and  Enchanted Gold Blocks after meeting the respective requirement in the Gold Collection. Upgrading the Bank account increases the maximum amount of Coins able to be stored in the bank, and increases the maximum interest able to be gained for all players on the profile. Upgrading Bank accounts also rewards SkyBlock XP.

At least 10,000,000 Coins must be stored in the bank and the purse combined before the upgrade screen is unlocked.

Players also earn Interest that's proportional to their Account and the amount of stored Coins. It can be further increased through Museum Milestones Note: Interest is applied in brackets. As an example, if a player has 15,000,000 Coins in a Starter Account, interest would be applied in the following manner:

• 2% interest is applied to the 10,000,000 Coins (for 200,000 Coins)
• 1% interest is applied to the next 5,000,000 Coins spanning from 10 to 15 million (for 50,000 Coins)

For players in a co-op, their personal bank account (different from the personal bank item to quickly access the bank.) also scales with bank upgrades.

These appear to scale as 1/5th of the "normal" main bank. The values that have been able to tested are:

• Starter: 10M Coins balance limit, 2% interest on first 2M Coins
• Gold: 20M Coins balance limit, 1% interest between 2M–4M Coins
• Deluxe: 50M Coins balance limit, 0.5% interest between 4M–6M Coins
• Super Deluxe: 100M Coins balance limit, 0.2% interest between 6M–10M Coins
• Premier: 200M Coins balance limit, 0.1% interest between 10M–32M Coins
• Luxurious: 1.2B Coins balance limit, 0.01% interest between 32M–1B Coins
• Palatial: 12B Coins balance limit, 0.001% interest between 1B–11B Coins

In order to fully upgrade the Bank account, a total of 390,000,000 Coins and  376 Enchanted Gold Blocks (??? coins^ⓘ) are required.

The Bank can be accessed through Banker NPC in  Village, or their equivalents:

• Banker Barry in  Jerry's Workshop
• Banker Broadjaw in  Dwarven Village
• Belanor in  Scarleton
• Bruto in  Dragontail

The Bank can also be accessed by the Player even when they are not at any of its physical locations. The Emerald VI (6) rewards the Personal Bank Upgrade, which allows the Player to interact with the bank through the SkyBlock Menu or a physical item. The NPC Guy lowers the cooldown of this from 1 hour to instantaneous. The cooldown refreshes when visiting talking to any of the Banker NPCs.

• Assuming max interest and a cost of 200,000 Coins per  Enchanted Gold Block, the time taken for each bank upgrade to pay off is as follows. The first bank upgrade takes about 135 days to pay off; the second upgrade takes about 284 days; the third takes upgrade 910 days; and the final upgrade takes 846 days to pay off (less than that of the third upgrade). Note no matter what upgrade the player has, once the player buys an upgrade, these will constantly be working towards making money back.
  • Once the bank upgrade pays off, the player will start making a profit equal to the difference between the tier purchased and the previous tier every 31 hours.
• As of Version 0.27, players can get up to 72% more interest through Museum Milestones.
