Abandoned Quarry

The Abandoned Quarry is a Location in the Dwarven Mines. It is the only place where Pure Quartz can generate.

Tasks

When the player first enters  Abandoned Quarry, they will be greeted with the following message:

NEW AREA DISCOVERED!

 Abandoned Quarry

■ Mine Pure Quartz Ore.

■ Fish up Mithril Grubbers.

Accessing

The Abandoned Quarry can be found by going through the rail system from the  Upper Mines, turning left, and going to -145, 149, -30. Alternatively, the Ticket Master and Station Master can transport the player for Coins.

Usage

The Abandoned Quarry is a place where players can mine Pure Quartz for high quantities of Nether Quartz. Additionally, Mithril Grubbers, Medium Mithril Grubbers, Large Mithril Grubbers, and Bloated Mithril Grubbers can spawn here, which can be killed for ᠅ Mithril Powder.

Guard Gornum can be found at the entrance, explaining how the Abandoned Quarry is the only place Mithril Grubbers can be fished. Additionally, the Speckled Teacup has a 1 in 10 chance to replace a GREAT CATCH.
