Gleaming Crystal can be forged in  The Forge once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain IV (4). It takes 8 hours to forge.

Gleaming Crystal can also be obtained as a MEDIUM reward from Raffle of the Century.

Gleaming Crystal requires  Mining XXIV (24) to apply.
