Lift Operator

The Lift Operator is an NPC located on each level of the  Deep Caverns. They allow the player to teleport between the different areas.

First Interaction		[NPC] Lift Operator: Hey Feller! [NPC] Lift Operator: I control this lift here behind me. [NPC] Lift Operator: Once you've explored an area I can give you a safe ride back there. [NPC] Lift Operator: Be careful not to fall down the shaft though, it's a long way down! [NPC] Lift Operator: Good luck on your adventures!
Before reaching the  Lapis Quarry		[NPC] Lift Operator: Venture down into the Lapis Quarry to unlock my Lift Menu!
Accessing Dwarven Mines Without Heart of the Mountain		[NPC] Lift Operator: That is too deep, traveler! [NPC] Lift Operator: For that you require Heart of the Mountain. [NPC] Lift Operator: Talk to Rhys, the Dwarven Emissary.
 The Garden	None	[NPC] Lift Operator: Operating that lift all day takes a lot outta ya, you know?
	Completing	[NPC] Lift Operator: Cheers, that's the stuff!
	Denying	[NPC] Lift Operator: Back to the mines I go...

The player must first enter a zone before they can teleport to it. The only exception to this is the Dwarven Mines, which requires the player to have completed Rhys' quest.
