The Glacite-Plated Chisel is an EPIC Chisel.

A Glacite-Plated Chisel can be forged at  The Forge with  1 Reinforced Chisel,  1 Mithril Plate,  8 Glacite Amalgamations and  1 Bejeweled Handle once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain IX (9).

A Glacite-Plated Chisel can be used in the Fossil Excavator with  Suspicious Scraps to find Fossils and other loot.

The Glacite-Plated Chisel, along with a variety of other items, can be used to forge a  Perfect Chisel once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain X (10). It takes 1 day to forge.

Applying Gemstones will give different perks. Each Gemstone type grants a different buff to the Chisel, and is not affected by rarity, unlike all other instances of Gemstone being applied:
