Dulin

Dulin is an NPC found initially in the  Hanging Court, and later in the  Dwarven Base Camp. He unlocks the Secret Railroad Pass Forge recipe and grants access to the  Glacite Tunnels, and only appears upon reaching Heart of the Mountain VII (7).

Those imbeciles in the palace took up their positions in my absence. [NPC] Dulin: I am preparing an expedition into the area beyond the Great Ice Wall, and need some adventurers to scout out the area for me. [NPC] Dulin: If I could sneak you in, would you be willing to help? Select an option: [YES] [NO]
Selecting [YES]		[NPC] Dulin: Thank you. My people will remember your name for eons. [NPC] Dulin: I am glad that I have your trust, but I will need you to prove yourself before entering the Glacite Tunnels. [NPC] Dulin: The Ticket Master will only let you in if you have a Secret Railroad Pass to show him. [NPC] Dulin: You can put one together in the Dwarven Forge, if you can get the right materials.

Interacting With Secret Railroad Pass		[NPC] Dulin: A Secret Railroad Pass! Very well. [NPC] Dulin: Go show that to the Ticket Master, and he'll let you travel to the Glacite Tunnels. [NPC] Dulin: I'll see you down there!
Reaching the  Dwarven Base Camp		[NPC] Dulin: Nice to see you here, {player}. [NPC] Dulin: Feel free to go on ahead, but don't stray too far into the Glacite Tunnels. [NPC] Dulin: From what I've heard, they go very deep down. The legends speak of some dwarves finding Mineshafts when mining! [NPC] Dulin: Anyways, if you need me I'll be here, waiting for my Expedition Team to arrive. [NPC] Dulin: They should be here within 3-5 business days, then we can set out!

	Completing	[NPC] Dulin: Potatoes are a dwarf's favorite food. They are like us in many ways, springing to life from the soil under even the harshest conditions. [NPC] Dulin: That resolve is what makes us who we are and keeps our flame alight. [NPC] Dulin: We will push beyond the tunnels and retake what is ours, no matter the cost.
	Denying	[NPC] Dulin: This doesn't change things between us - you are still needed as a member of the Expedition Team.

Trivia

Dulin states that he is a descendant of Divan, who is a currently unseen NPC to whom the discovery of the Divan Fragment and Divan's Alloy is attributed.
- Dulin also states that he is the rightful king, meaning Divan used to be king.
Dulin could be based on the character of Durin from the Lord of the Rings.
