Wither Scrolls are items obtained from The Catacombs - Floor VII that can be applied to a Necron's Blade and its variants; the Hyperion, Astraea, Valkyrie, and Scylla.

Usage

Wither Scrolls can be applied to the following items:

There are 3 types of Wither Scrolls: Implosion, Shadow Warp, and Wither Shield. Applying all 3 Scrolls on a Wither Blade will replace the abilities with Wither Impact, which is a combination of all 3 abilities, which also significantly reduces the ability cooldowns from 10 seconds to 0.15 seconds.

	Wither Shield	Reduces Damage taken by 10% for 5 seconds. Also grants an absorption shield that scales based on your Catacombs Level. Mana Cost: 150 Vitality Cost: 50 Cooldown: 10s
	Shadow Warp	Creates a spacial distortion 10 blocks ahead of the player that sucks all enemies around it: using this ability again within 5 seconds detonates the warp and deals 10,000 Damage to all mobs within. Mana Cost: 300 Cooldown: 10s

The amount of Absorption gained from Wither Shield and Wither Impact when activating Wither Shield is based on the player's Catacombs level.

This results in a minimum of 984 Absorption at Catacombs Level 24, due to that being required to unlock the Necron's Blade (Unrefined) and its upgrades. Each level grants an additional +16 Absorption, up to 1,400 Absorption. After 5 seconds of having the Absorption shield active, Vitality is refunded based on how much of it wasn't used.

If all 3 scrolls are applied, the abilities are replaced with Wither Impact.

If the player does not have 50 Vitality, then the Wither Shield ability is not activated with this.

Trivia

Shadow Warp's teleportation is disabled during the boss fight of The Catacombs - Floor VII, and the teleportation aspects of Wither Impact do not work during the boss fight.
Wither Impact was nerfed with a 3 tick cooldown due to autoclickers.
The Ultimate Wither Scroll is an unobtainable item that grants the Wither Impact ability, which is given to 7[YOUTUBE] 56ms.^[1]
