The Handler

The Handler is an NPC located in the  Hexatorum in the Hub. They allow the player to access The Hex.

Player has Museum Milestone 8	[NPC] The Handler: Enchant. Combine. Reforge. Upgrade. [NPC] The Handler: The Hex is only bound by what the human can understand.
	[NPC] The Handler: The Hex will go so far as to communicate with the Bazaar for you.
	[NPC] The Handler: The Hex knows of inventory, of Storage, of Ender Chest. [NPC] The Handler: To upgrade the item, The Hex will take from wherever it must.
	[NPC] The Handler: The Hex has given me everything. [NPC] The Handler: It is all one could ever need.
	[NPC] The Handler: The Hex will be so kind as to upgrade the items in any way imaginable.
