Roddy is an NPC located in the Backwater Bayou that can apply Rod Parts to Fishing Rods.

Usage
[edit | edit source]Applying Rod Parts
[edit | edit source]To apply Rod Parts to a Fishing Rod, the player can click on a Fishing Rod in their inventory and then the Rod Part they want to apply.
Removing Rod Parts
[edit | edit source]The Coins cost for removing a Rod Part scales with the Rod Part's rarity:

Converting Old Rods
[edit | edit source]Due to 0.22 Backwater Bayou, several Fishing Rods were changed into Rod Parts. Attempting to fish with them displays the message:
This rod is broken and cannot be used to fish!
