Giant Isopod is a MYTHIC Sea Creature that can be fished up from water exclusively on the Torrhus Canyon.

Giant Isopod can be fished up from water in Torrhus Canyon. It requires  Fishing level XV (15) or higher to be fished up.

The base Weight for Giant Isopod is 25, resulting in a default catch chance of 0.25% (1 in 400 sea creatures) with all Sea Creatures unlocked. Certain modifiers can be used to increase it:

Giant Isopod can also be Charmed to obtain  Giant Isopod Shard and +5,000  Hunting XP. The amount of Attribute Shards dropped is affected by  Hunting Fortune.
Since this mob is  Elusive, Charming is guaranteed to proc on kill.

When caught, the Giant Isopod spawns atop the  Torrhus Springs, regardless of its catch location. It will indiscriminately attack players in its vicinity. Upon being damaged to half  Health, the Giant Isopod travels down the Torrhus Springs all the way to the Desert Temple at the bottom, similarly to the Nessie, and begins to fight players again once it has arrived. It is completely invulnerable during its journey down.

• If a Giant Isopod is double hooked, only one of them will spawn despite the chat message saying otherwise.
• If a Giant Isopod is cocooned, it will float up to the top and despawn.
