The Titanium Drill DR-X655 has a base 3,000  Fuel, which can be increased through a Fuel Tank. Additionally, a Drill Engine and Upgrade Module can be added to the drill through a Drill Anvil to grant further bonuses.

When breaking blocks, the Titanium Drill DR-X655's  Fuel will deplete. Most resources will remove 1  Fuel when mined;  Aquamarine,  Citrine,  Onyx and  Peridot remove 2  Fuel instead;  Glacite,  Umber and  Tungsten remove 3  Fuel instead.  Fuel can be regained by adding Fuel to the Drill through a Drill Anvil.

The Titanium Drill DR-X655, along with a Divan's Alloy and 50 million Coins, can be used to forge a  Divan's Drill once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain VII (7). It takes 30 seconds to forge.
