Breaking Power

)Breaking Power is a mining stat. It determines which blocks the player can break, depending on their tool's strength.
Mechanics
[edit | edit source]Breaking Power affects which blocks the player is allowed to break, depending on said block's strength. Breaking Power is not active in areas without the custom mining systems, such as:
Breaking Power also increases the damage inflicted to certain mobs in the Dwarven Mines and Glacite Mineshafts.

Tools
[edit | edit source]Certain Tools grant higher Breaking Power. They must be used in order to take effect.
Pickaxes
[edit | edit source]Certain Pickaxes grant higher Breaking Power. The player must mine with one in order for it to take effect.
Drills

Reforges
[edit | edit source]Certain Reforges can be applied to items via an Anvil or the Blacksmith to grant Breaking Power. The items with the Reforge applied must be used to take effect.

Modifiers
[edit | edit source]Certain Modifiers can be applied to items to grant Breaking Power. The items with modifiers applied must be used to take effect.
Heart of the Mountain
[edit | edit source]- The Maniac Miner ability grants + 1 Breaking Power and a stack of 20 Mining Fortune per block broken for 25-35s. Each block broken consumes 20 Mana.
- Blocks broken with Mining Spread do count towards the Maniac Miner ability.
- The Ultimate Wise enchantment does decrease the Mana cost per block of this ability.
