Effects
Grants +10  Mining Speed for every 100 blocks mined.

For every 100 blocks mined while using the Promising Pickaxe, it gains +10  Mining Speed, up to a maximum of +250  Mining Speed (2,500 blocks). Blocks mined and the current Mining Speed is tracked in the pickaxe's item lore. While it stops at 250 blocks for Mining Speed, Blocks Mined will continue past the 2,500 blocks required for the maximum amount of  Mining Speed.
