The Farming Tool level can be increased by gaining farming experience with it. Each level increases the amount of experience needed to obtain the proceeding level. Levels can increase the amount of Farming Fortune, Sugar Cane Fortune, Farming Wisdom, Gemstone slots, and rarity.
After the tool reaches level 40, 
Overclocker 3000s are required to unlock the next levels. A maximum of 10 Overclocker 3000s can be used to get a max hoe level of 50.
After a tool reaches level 50, every 200,000 experience will drop a 
Tool Exp Capsule, with no effect on the Farming Tool itself. Every level after 50 requires the same amount of experience.
