The Weather Node is an UNCOMMON block that can be used to allow changing the weather on  Private Islands through the Island Properties Settings.

Prismarine Shard VI (6)	1x Block of Lapis Lazuli  8x Enchanted Redstone Dust

When right clicked on Island Properties Settings menu, the Weather Node gets consumed and added to the features that allows to opens a menu to change the island's weather, which can be set to sunny, raining, or thundering. The selected weather will persist until another is chosen.

The  Weather Stick can remotely access a placed Weather Node while its user is on their island.
