Factions

Factions are a feature exclusive to the Crimson Isle. There are currently two factions: Mages and Barbarians, whom are enemies with each other. By allying themselves with one of the factions, the player can access the faction's Community Center to do tasks for them, interact with the Faction's shops, and gain reputation with them. Players can swap factions at any time.

One can see a player's faction by looking at their icon besides their name in the Tab menu.

In order to join a faction, the player must partially complete the main questline by talking to Elle.

The Mage faction is one of the two factions on the Crimson Isle. It is located on the right side of the island and is led by Queen Nyx. The Mage faction has its own Bank, Auction House, and Bazaar, as well as its local Blacksmith, Alwin, and  Scarleton is patrolled by guards.

The Barbarian faction is one of the two factions on the Crimson Isle. It is located on the left side of the island and is led by Chief Scorn. The Barbarian faction has its own Bank, Auction House, and Bazaar, as well as its local Blacksmith, Igor, and  Dragontail is patrolled by guards.

Reputation is a mechanic in which the player can get friendlier with their current Faction, allowing them to unlock new items, trades from NPCs, and much more.

The player will have 0 reputation with both factions at the start. Advancing through their Faction's questline will earn them reputation. Other ways to earn reputation include completing Daily missions at the Community Center, and short quests given by Faction NPCs.

If one kills Fire Mages or Barbarians, their reputation for the respective faction is reduced by 5.

The player's title changes when they reach certain Reputation milestones.

• Neutral: 0  Reputation
• Friendly: 1,000  Reputation
• Trusted: 3,000  Reputation
• Honored: 7,000  Reputation
• Hero: 12,000  Reputation

Additionally, the player receives SkyBlock XP for achieving certain titles in each faction:

• Friendly: 5 SkyBlock XP
• Trusted: 10 SkyBlock XP
• Honored: 20 SkyBlock XP
• Hero: 40 SkyBlock XP

There are several ways to earn ቾ Mage Reputation. These include:

• Completing the ቾ Mage Faction questline: +600
  • Presenting the stolen research: +100
  • Giving Dean the  Magma Chunks and  Burning Eyes: +150
  • Helping Igrupan: +50
  • Helping Odexar: +100 (and 80 Coins)
  • Defeating Kuudra: +200
• Completing Faction Quests: +30-125
• 7 days of daily fights against Rollim: +25 (Per day)
• Giving Pablo the flower they ask for: +25 (Every 2 days)
• Giving Avorius a  Cup of Blood: +5 (Every 3 days)
• Throwing a  Titanic Experience Bottle on Mollim: +20 (Only once)
• Killing mini-bosses daily: +20 per mini-boss
• Killing Kuudra daily: +10/20/30/40/50 for killing basic/hot/burning/fiery/infernal Kuudra tier (Per day)
• Killing Barbarians: +25 (Only with negative ቾ Mage Reputation)
• Completing the Alchemage's quest: +250 (Only once)
• Killing Chickzilla: +100 available at 7000 mage reputation (Only once)

There are several ways to earn ⚒️ Barbarian Reputation. These include:

• Completing the ⚒️ Barbarian Faction questline: +900 / 920 (+20 from the Magma Boss)
  • Presenting the stolen research: +100
  • Completing Ugo's training and defeating the Magma Boss: +150 / +170 (+20 from the Magma Boss)
  • Helping out Lasea: +100
  • Helping out Gris: +150 (and 200,000 Coins)
  • Defeating Kuudra: +200
  • Speaking to Chief Scorn after defeating Kuudra: +200
• Completing Faction Quests: +30-125
• 7 days of daily fights against Kaus: +25 (Per day)
• Killing mini-bosses daily: +20 per mini-boss
• Killing Kuudra daily: +10/20/30/40/50 for killing basic/hot/burning/fiery/infernal Kuudra tier (Per day)
• Completing Baar's quest: +250 (Only once)
• Giving Pomtair  Enchanted Bone Meal: +50 (Per day)
• Killing Fire Mages: +25 (Only with negative ⚒️ Barbarian Reputation)
• Giving Sirih  Sulphur: +10 (Every 2 days)
• Finding Turd's toy and giving it back to Suus: +40 (Every 5 days)

• The Minion merchants of both factions don't require reputation to access. Only the  Mycelium Minion and  Red Sand Minion require reputation to purchase.
• According to text that appears when visiting  Scarleton for the first time, members of the Mage Faction are known as Taika.
