A Chloronite is a RARE Mutation.

Obtaining

A Chloronite can grow in the Greenhouse if there are Coalroot 6 Coalroot and Thornshade 2 Thornshade within 1 block of farmland.

While growing, a Chloronite needs water and has 10 Growth Stages. When placed near another crop, it grants immunity to negative effects and increases  Farming experience by 20%.

Chloronite requires 1 Breaking Power to harvest.

Amount of Chloronite dropped is dependant on player's Mining Fortune: [1]

Mining Fortune Amount of Chloronite drops
0-99  ~Chloronite 0–1 Chloronite
100-499  ~Chloronite 1–2 Chloronite
500-999  ~Chloronite 2–3 Chloronite
1000-1999  ~Chloronite 3–4 Chloronite
2000+  Chloronite 4 Chloronite

For example, if the player has 1500 , they will get 3 Chloronite, and a 50% chance to get another one. The amount of guaranteed drops that will be received can be viewed using the Plant Diagnostics Tool Plant Diagnostics Tool.

Crop Drops

When harvested, Chloronites also drop Brown Mushroom 128 Brown Mushroom, Red Mushroom 128 Red Mushroom, Wild Rose 540 Wild Rose, Potato 810 Potato and Carrot 945 Carrot.

Usage

Crop Analyzer

A Chloronite can be analyzed in the Crop Analyzer for 40,000 Coins. When analyzed, it grants 20 Copper. The first time analyzing a Chloronite grants an additional 750 Copper.

Mutations

Chloronites are used to create a Chorus Fruit Chorus Fruit and Glasscorn Glasscorn.
