The Underground Lab is a Location in the  Glowing Mushroom Cave. It can be entered by digging  Coarse Dirt at 175 42 -470 after completing Beth's quest.

Upon accepting Beth's visitor offers 4 times, the player can enter the  Underground Lab where Beth will confront Jake for the first time. Once the dialogue ends, the player can claim a  Jake's Plushie.

After unlocking the Greenhouse, Beth will visit again and the player can enter the  Underground Lab a second time, revealing a secondary area where the Crop Analyzer can be accessed after more dialogue between Beth and Jake.
