CRITTER_CAPSULE

A Critter Capsule is a SPECIAL Capsule. It can only be interacted with in the  Critter Safari.

Critter Capsules are given out by the Safari Manager upon entering the  Critter Safari. The quantity of Critter Capsules given depend on the tier of Safari Ticket used.

• Selecting the Basic Safari Experience yields  32 Critter Capsule.
• Selecting the Economy Safari Experience yields  40 Critter Capsule.
• Selecting the Premium Safari Experience yields  48 Critter Capsule.
• Selecting the First-Class Safari Experience yields  56 Critter Capsule.

The player can also gain up to an additional  8 Critter Capsules from upgrading the Critter Catcher perk.

Critter Capsules can be thrown at any Critter in the  Critter Safari. Upon hitting a Critter, it will bounce off and attempt to capture it, telegraphed by the Critter Capsule vibrating. Successfully capturing a Critter rewards their corresponding Shard and consumes the Critter Capsule. When the player runs out of Critter Capsules, they are allowed to return to the  Torrhus Canyon.

The higher the rarity of the Shard that the player's desired Critter drops, the rarer the chance of successfully capturing that Critter.

If the player throws a Critter Capsule and it does not hit a Critter, it will drop as an item on the ground and can be picked up: after 5s^[Confirm], dropped Critter Capsules will automatically return to the inventory. Failing to capture a Critter will consume the Critter Capsule.

• The Critter Capsule resembles Pokéballs from Pokémon.
