Spawning
[edit | edit source]Cod spawn in water in the Murkwater Loch.
Behavior
[edit | edit source]Cod swim alone or in schools. When the player throws a Fishing Net, they begin to spin. Throwing a Fishing Net again increases the Cod's spin meter. Upon reaching 90%, the Cod faints and drops a Cod Shard. Going over 100% causes the Cod to explode and award nothing.
Drops
[edit | edit source]Knocking out a Cod with a Fishing Net grants Cod Shard and +150 
Hunting XP. The amount of Attribute Shards dropped is affected by Hunting Fortune.
