Bejeweled Handle is a RARE item that can be obtained from forging in The Forge in the  Dwarven Mines.

Bejeweled Handle can be forged once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain II (2). It requires  3 Glacite Jewels and 30 seconds to forge.

It can also be obtained from looting Frozen Corpses.
