The Kuudra Teeth Plaque is a series of items required to obtain the  Kuudra Follower Relic and  Kuudra Mandible.

The LEGENDARY Exquisite Kuudra Teeth Plaque can be obtained from Drakuu when clicking them with a  Golden Ball while wearing  Kuudra Follower Armor.

Afterwards, the Rarity of the plaque can be decreased down to COMMON by completing the following steps in any order:

• Talk to the Kuudra Archeologist with at least 4,500  Intelligence.
• Talk to Arch with a [Lv100]  Kuudra Pet equipped.
• Talk to the Kuudra Believer and enter "decay" into the donation prompt.
• Type the line "What just happened!? Is this Kuudra's real lair?" to Kuudra Loremaster after speaking with them.

The COMMON Decaying Kuudra Teeth Plaque can presented to Crag while wearing full  Kuudra Follower Armor and holding the  Kuudra Follower Artifact. By doing this, the following will occur:

• The plaque will be turned into a SPECIAL Kuudra Teeth Plaque, and add an edition number to it.
• The  Kuudra Follower Artifact will be turned into the  Kuudra Follower Relic.
• The player will unlock the ability to obtain the  Kuudra Mandible from Kuudra Loot.

• This item comes in more rarities than any other, with the amount being 6; and an additional two if it is recombobulated at the LEGENDARY and the SPECIAL variants.
