Scaffolding

Scaffolding is also a feature in Minecraft.

Scaffolding is a category of tools mainly used for Foraging. They can be placed, allowing players to climb up and reach hard-to-reach spots on certain trees.

Usage

Scaffolding, being a climbable semi-solid block, allow the player to climb up and down. They can only be used on  Galatea: attempting to use Scaffolding outside of  Galatea yields the following message.

You must be on Galatea in order to use this item!

All pieces of Scaffolding inherit the Climb! ability, allowing the player to place up to a certain limit: for example, the Tiny Scaffolding allows the player to place 2 Scaffolding blocks per interaction, up to 4 Scaffolding blocks placed. Regardless of where the player physically places a Scaffolding, it will appear beneath the player.

Being more than than a certain distance from any placed Scaffolding will cause it to break. Additionally, holding Scaffolding will replace the SkyBlock Menu with a Scaffolding block.

Scaffolding, however, has several limitations.

Scaffolding cannot be placed horizontally.
Scaffolding cannot be broken. In order to regain one's available Scaffolding, the player must leave its radius.
Placing Scaffolding in an invalid position yields the following message:
You can't place a scaffolding here!
Placing Scaffolding in a location that is too low to accomodate all Scaffolding blocks yields the following message:
There's not enough space above you to place the scaffolding!
Using all of one's available Scaffolding and attempting to place more yields the following message:
You can't use more scaffolding blocks.
