Mana Cost: 300  Vitality Cost: 10  Cooldown: 20s Flare Buff: Warning Flare Gain +10  Vitality. Gain +10  True Defense. Heal 30 per second while on the Crimson Isle and Kuudra. Only one deployable buff applies.
