The Voodoo Doll's Acupuncture ability can be activated by aiming at any entity within a range of 18 blocks. Activating the ability summons a volley of 9 arrows around the targeted mobs: 4 in the cardinal horizontal directions, 4 aimed 45˚ downwards in the cardinal diagonal directions, and 1 above the mob that travels downward.
All mobs that are hit by the volley of arrows take their base damage, as well as an additional 1,500 base damage as damage per second over 10s. The ability costs 200 Mana to use and has a 5s cooldown.
Trivia
[edit | edit source]- Attempting to feed the
Siamese Lynx a Voodoo Doll will result in the message This mob doesn't eat voodoo. Previously, the item would be consumed. - The Voodoo Doll could not be used against players in the Colosseum prior to its removal.
- The Voodoo Doll can target mobs summoned as the player: this includes but is not limited to Bats spawned from the
Spirit Sceptre, Withers spawned from the Witherborn full set bonus, minions summoned from the Ragnarok ability, and mobs summoned with Necromancy. - The Voodoo Doll's description "Who do you voodoo?" is a reference to the video game Dead Island, where at the start of the game, the song "Who Do You Voodoo" will play.
- The cooldown on both voodoo dolls is shared, for example if a player uses a Voodoo Doll, they will have a 5 second cooldown on any Jinxed Voodoo Doll and vice versa.
