The Juju Shortbow is an EPIC Bow unlocked at Enderman Slayer LVL V (5).

It requires Enderman Slayer LVL V (5) to use.

The Juju Shortbow is a shortbow which means it can fire arrows instantly, without needing to charge. Only right click can be held to continuously fire, but rapidly left clicking fires arrows slightly faster. The maximum rate of fire is determined by the player's Attack Speed.^[1]

When an arrow hits a mob, it causes an AOE effect that damages up to 3 mobs. Each mob hit take full damage from the initial arrow. It has a radius of 3 blocks.

Unlike most bows, Juju Shortbow can hit and damage Endermen.

This weapon can be upgraded with Dragon Essence. Once converted, it requires Catacombs XV (15) to use.

Fire rate

When left-clicking, the fire rate starts at 2.22 shots per second (9 ticks per shot) with 0 Attack Speed and increases to 5 shots per second (4 ticks per shot) with 100 Attack Speed.^[2] The increase in fire rate with Attack Speed is incremental, not continuous. The maximum possible fire rate that can be achieved by optimal left-clicking depending on the player's Attack Speed:

Trivia

It is one of 5 bows which can damage Endermen, the others being the Explosive Bow, Spider Queen's Stinger, Terminator, and Bonemerang.
If Arrows are in the Inventory when right-clicking, the bow drawback animation will play, causing the player to slow down, and arrows are not fired at the normal rate. Left-clicking still works as intended.
Before the Trading Update, you could use this weapon inside dungeons without having Enderman Slayer 3 if you had the Catacombs requirement to use it. However, this glitch was patched.
The lore implies that the AOE ability deals damage on the spot of impact. However, it used to take effect around the player instead of the mob the arrows hit. This is a patched bug.
When left-clicking on a mob with the Juju Shortbow in melee range, arrows will not be fired. Right-clicking will fire arrows as intended.
This, along with the Terminator, were the first shortbows.
