Helix Logs are obtained by breaking Helix Trees in the  Torrhus Canyon on Galatea. It has a toughness of 150 ⧉.

Cutting a Helix tree with the correct style allows the player to cut the tree more efficiently. For a Helix tree, the player starts with the Beige logs ( Stripped Birch Wood) and then the Red logs ( Stripped Mangrove Wood).
