- Additionally, fishing in a hotspot while equipped with a Tiki Mask (+2 )
  - The theoretical max Sea Creature Chance requires the player to use a full set of Magma Lord Armor. This contradicts the use of Tiki Mask, and when swapping the two items, the theoretical max lowers by 0.9 Sea Creature Chance

Giant Fishing Rod with Titan Line (+12 )
- The theoretical max Sea Creature Chance requires the player to use a Hellfire Rod. This contradicts the use of Giant Fishing Rod, and when swapping the two items, the theoretical max lowers by 16.8 Sea Creature Chance
Activating either Titanoboa Shard, Nessie Shard, or Lord Jawbus Shard (+5 )
Using a pet equipped with Burnt Texts (+5 )
