ENCHANTMENT_CLEAVE

Cleave is an Enchantment that deals up to 5-30% of the player's  Damage dealt to other monsters within 3.5-6 blocks of the target. It can be applied to Swords, Longswords, and the  Gemstone Gauntlet.

The Cleave Enchantment can be obtained in various ways:

 Enchanted Book (Cleave) can be combined on an  Anvil up to Cleave V.

Cleave can be traded through the Bazaar.

Cleave deals up to 5-30% of the player's  Damage dealt to other monsters within 3.5-6 blocks of the target, scaling with its level.

Cleave can be applied to Swords, Longswords, and the  Gemstone Gauntlet. It requires  Enchanting IV (4) to apply. Unlocking Pufferfish III (3) grants a -25%   Experience discount on Cleave.
