Ability

While breaking crops, the player has a 0.001% chance per level to trigger a Crop Fever, which lasts for 60 seconds. During a Crop Fever, the player gains +100 Farming Fortune, 15 Overbloom, and each crop broken has a chance to grant additional crops.

Once it expires, the following message is displayed:

GONE! Your CROP FEVER has been cured!

Crop Fever Enchantment can be applied to any Farming Tool. It requires  Enchanting XXXII (32) to apply.

Bugs

  • Crop Fever procs twice on Sugar Cane Sugar Cane and Cactus Cactus due to them being two block tall crops.

Trivia

[edit | edit source]
  • While under the effect of a Crop Fever, the player's Health, Defense, and Mana displays alternate between rainbow colors, and a unique soundtrack plays if the player has Hypixel music enabled.
    • Like many other Hypixel soundtracks, it was made by ShinkoNet.[1]
  • Crop Fever's ability works similarly to how Pumpkin Dicer Pumpkin Dicer and Melon Dicer Melon Dicer's abilities worked before the update that released it.
  • Upon release, Crop Fever was dropping Enchanted Hay Bale 120 Enchanted Hay Bale for the PRAY TO RNGESUS drop for Wheat, which is worth Wheat 3,072,000 Wheat, or 18,432,000 Coins to NPC. This was later patched and became Enchanted Hay Bale 12 Enchanted Hay Bale instead.
    • The mistake likely came from the fact that the CRAZY RARE drop is Enchanted Wheat 120 Enchanted Wheat.
  • Crop Fever can be activated from breaking Mutations in the Greenhouse.
