Expertise

Expertise is a Stacking Enchantment that grants Fishing Wisdom when killing Sea Creatures and Sea Creature Chance. It can be applied to Fishing Rods.

Obtaining

Expertise can be purchased from Elizabeth for 4,000 Bits.

The Expertise Enchantment can be traded through the Bazaar.

While the description for Expertise states it grants Fishing Wisdom, it actually grants up to a 1.2x Fishing XP modifier.
The counter on Expertise increases when a Sea Creature fished with a Fishing Rod with Expertise dies. It does not require the Mob to be slain with the Fishing Rod.
- The same applies to the increased Fishing experience.
